I’m at BDG for two reasons and in this order, the people I share the experience with and the programming that makes my rest days the most difficult part of my week.
Goals
“I want everyone that walks through the doors of BDG to have that mental transformation from, ‘That’ll never be me (as they watch someone do handstand push-ups for the first time) to ‘I’ve accomplished that… What’s next?’ “
Personal goals: Be as positive an influence on member’s fitness, health, confidence and happiness as much as possible.
